2018 SCHEDULE  

DURING APRIL  – TUESDAY EVENING LED CLASSES ONLY, NO FRIDAY MORNING CLASSES!

Covered by the fabulous Charlie who teaches the early morning Mysore (self practice) yoga programme at Love Yoga in Aberdeen.  Really lucky to have her teach during April whilst I recover  from the car accident I had on 20th March (need to allow my sacrum and pelvis area to heal following some fractures). TUESDAY – 7.30-9PM*

FRIDAY – 7.30AM – 8.45AM**

* Tuesday evenings will be primarily led classes, with one or sometimes two self practice classes a month (last Tuesday of the month will most likely be a self practice class, depending on the experience level of the students).

** Friday morning classes will take place if there is enough interest (minimum of 6 students). I usually send out an email for the Friday morning class, drop me an email if you’d like to be added to the mailing list.

LED VS. SELF PRACTICE CLASSES…WHICH IS BETTER?

Please don’t be put off by the fact that I encourage self led yoga practice in my classes. It’s not as odd as it sounds and it’s one of the best and safest ways to learn the physical practice of yoga (and also make progress)! I will be there to guide you and adapt the practice to your abilities.

Led classes are great, but ideally they are better suited to the more experienced practitioners.
