It is important to feel comfortable when you practise yoga. I recommend wearing fitted bottoms (leggings/shorts) and tops (short sleeved or vest tops) to prevent clothing riding up, but it is entirely up to you. We practise in bare feet.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one or you can borrow one. If you don’t have a yoga mat and wonder which one to buy, I would recommend investing in a good mat which will last you a few years such as Planet Sadhana’s PS Prolite yoga mat – www.planetsadhana.com/products/planet-sadhana-ps-pro-lite.
A blanket (and/or socks too) for relaxation at the end are recommended as our bodies cool down quickly, so if you feel the cold easily, it’s advisable to take a blanket to cover yourself.
Small face towel is also handy as you may get a little sweaty.
